HOA information

Pool access

Register your household once, then check in at the gate all season.

Get set up in three steps

  1. Register your HOA account

Create or log in to your account on the resident portal. Make sure you're listed as an owner with the correct email.

Investors: add your tenants here using their correct email addresses.

  2. Set up your pool access account

Log in to the amenity access portal with the same email, and link your property by address.

Tenants can register once their landlord finishes step 1.

  3. Add your household and guests

Add everyone who'll come to the pool. Adults and teens need a photo, and uploading in advance makes check-in faster.

An authorized resident must be present at check-in. You choose who's authorized in your household.

Common questions

What is the gate key app, and do I need it?

Every gated area (both pools, the sports court and the dog park) has a smart lock you can open with a phone app. You don't need the app for the pool; the pool monitor checks you in.

I can't register. What should I do?

First confirm you have a resident portal account and are listed as an owner with the right email and phone number. Then use that same email to register on the amenity access portal and link your property.

It says my account is inactive.

This usually means you registered with a previous owner's account number. Contact the property manager to get linked to the right account.

I'm a tenant. How do I get access?

Your landlord must add you as a tenant in the resident portal with your correct email. Once that's done you can register on the amenity access portal. Reach out to your landlord if you're not listed.

The pool monitor turned my kids away. Why?

An authorized resident (an adult household member marked with a star in the amenity access portal) must be present at check-in. The first time, the monitor may do a one-time ID check to confirm age and residency.

Can I drop my kids off and leave?

No. The authorized resident who checks guests in must stay with them. Households that leave guests unattended can be banned from the pool.

I'm a landlord. How do I remove a tenant's access?

Remove the tenant in the resident portal. You can also register on the amenity access portal as an investor and link your property to remove access immediately or see who's registered.
